TRANSACTION SERVICES
- Discuss with you to understand your fundraising needs and desired fundraising structure, and provide our comments for your consideration
- Assist you in coordination and management of deals and transactions from their commencement to completion
- Develop a timetable with you outlining the key milestones for completing deals and transactions in a timely manner
- Assist in solving of deal-related issues
- Review and provide our comments on transaction documents for your consideration in order to ensure that they reflect the commercial and financial aspects of the Transaction
- Support you and your advisors in the completion process
TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT & NEGOTIATION SUPPORT
- Assist in the co-ordination and project management of the Transaction from commencement to completion, including providing a liaison between you, the Potential Buyers/Seller and your other professional advisers
- Develop a timetable outlining the key milestones for completing the Transaction in a timely manner
- Assist in the assessment of deal-related issues and help formulate solutions to issues raised Advise you on the strategy and tactics to be adopted in your negotiations with Potential Buyers/Seller
- Attend discussions in relation to the Transaction as per your requests and support you along the negotiation process with the Potential Buyers/Seller
- Comment on documentation in order that the documents reflect the commercial and financial aspects of the Transaction. The legal documents will be the sole responsibility of your legal advisors. However, we will work with them to ensure that they are aware of the commercial issues of the Transaction
- Support you and your legal advisor in the completion of the Transaction, i.e. facilitating the information exchange, following-up with the government approval status, etc.
